About the role: As the Sr. Sales Compensation Partner, you will support the Director of Sales Compensation with deep quantitative analysis and insight. This role goes beyond compiling data—you will use your analytical skills and thought process to uncover trends, identify root causes of exceptions, and inform the overall sales compensation strategy. You will proactively seek out areas of opportunity, work to solution issues, and help tell the story behind the numbers to drive business decisions. What you will be doing: Support all aspects of sales compensation planning and execution, including strategic analysis to inform compensation design and effectiveness.
