Role Summary: We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Compensation Partner to join our Total Rewards team. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Compensation, this individual contributor will play a key role in designing, implementing, and maintaining compensation programs that attract, retain, and motivate top talent. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of compensation structures, with a strong emphasis and deep experience with, job architecture, and market analytics, and brings a data-driven mindset to support business decisions. This is a highly visible role that collaborates closely with HR business partners, Finance, and various stakeholders and business leaders.
