In the role of Sr Compensation Partner working in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, you will be part of the Americas Total Rewards Team supporting the US and Canada Sales function in all aspects of compensation and beyond working directly with the business within your assigned client groups including, but not limited to, job offers, salary administration, annual compensation planning process (ACP), job evaluation, and incentive programs. This role will also support other HR programs that are offered to our employees as part of their total rewards package. This position reports to the Manager Total Rewards - Compensation and collaborates with all members of the Total Rewards team, HRBPs and the business to drive the design, structure, and administration of compensation and HR programs to meet the needs of the business while ensuring strong governance and local compliance of all programs. The role will work closely with other partners including talent acquisition, external vendors, legal, finance, payroll and GBS teams to ensure alignment, administration, and communication of assigned programs.
