Sr Roku Engineer
About The Position
We are seeking a Senior Roku Engineer with extensive experience in streaming playback concepts, including HLS, DASH, adaptive bitrate behavior, and DRM. The ideal candidate will be proficient in JavaScript or TypeScript for developing internal tooling and automation, and have a strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and release automation. Experience with Roku platform integrations such as deep linking, search feeds, continue watching, Roku Pay, or advertising frameworks is highly desirable. The role also requires the ability to debug production issues using Roku developer tools, profiling tools, or telemetry dashboards, and a background with other living-room or connected TV platforms.
Requirements
