Requirements

• BS with 6+ years or MS with 4+ years of industry experience.
• Prior experience in immunology-based projects strongly preferred.
• Hands-on experience designing and executing in vitro experiments to support the pre-clinical advancement of drug discovery projects.
• Effective troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Be an effective team player and strong individual contributor, flexible, and able to handle multiple tasks and deliver high-quality results under tight timelines.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with mammalian cell culture techniques, RNA isolation, and in validating and executing cellular assays to test the activity of compounds is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Independently perform in-vitro experiments with human PBMCs and cell lines, analyze data, and interpret and communicate results.
• Perform a variety of immunological and molecular biology techniques to support drug development, including reporter assays, Nanostring, ELISA, western blot, and qPCR.
• Work collaboratively within the Immunology group to validate compound efficacy.

Benefits

• The hourly pay for this position ranges from $38.00 to $48.00 depending on relevant skills, experience, and education.
