Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required.
  • 2–5 years of experience in FP&A, financial reporting, accounting, or corporate finance.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and financial modeling; experience with ERP and reporting tools (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Adaptive, Power BI, or similar) preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and ability to synthesize data into clear insights.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

  • Supports the FP&A function by preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting packages, including variance analysis and KPI tracking.
  • Develops and maintains standardized dashboards and management reports to monitor revenue, expenses, margins, and cash flow performance.
  • Assists in the annual budget and quarterly forecast processes by consolidating inputs, validating data, and preparing summary analyses.
  • Performs financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities; provides actionable insights to support business decision-making.
  • Partners cross-functionally with Accounting and operational teams to ensure data accuracy, reconcile variances, and improve reporting transparency.
  • Maintains and enhances financial models, reporting tools, and systems to drive automation and process efficiency.
  • Supports preparation of board, lender, and investor reporting materials as needed.
  • Ensures data integrity across financial systems and assists with ad hoc analysis and special projects.
