About The Position

The Sr. Regulatory Manager owns day-to-day regulatory compliance and execution for D.S. & Durga’s global fragrance, home fragrance and personal care portfolio. This autonomous individual-contributor role manages the internal regulatory workflow for product launches, existing products and packaging changes, ensuring applicable requirements are met on time across the markets where the company operates. The role works cross-functionally with Product Development, Operations, Marketing, Creative, Wholesale and International teams, and coordinates with Responsible Persons, consultants, laboratories, manufacturers, suppliers and distributors as needed. They maintain a forward-looking view of launch and market readiness, identify regulatory blockers and risks early, assign and drive actions through resolution, and keep leadership and teams informed of business impacts and decisions needed. The role also maintains regulatory SOPs, workflows, trackers and change-control processes, monitors regulatory developments, supports retailer and distributor inquiries, and protects confidential formula and regulatory information.
