Regional Sales Managers are responsible for external sales efforts with farm equipment dealerships, irrigation dealerships and agricultural growers for a designated territory. Regional Sales Managers represent DFS Financing in the marketplace. Regional Sales Managers will be experts in offering DFS financing products and marketing efforts inside of their designated territory and they will represent DFS Financing in the marketplace. Assess and develop new market initiatives and business opportunities. Meet and exceed forecasted sales goals for finance volume while maintaining consideration for overall company profitability. Develop, maintain and manage customer relationships and resulting transactions through regular personal visits to growers and dealers/manufacturer sales teams. Work directly with dealer sales teams by training dealers in DFS procedures and programs and updating the training as procedures and programs change. Lead the development of customized financing structures that enable dealers to expand market share. Drive revenue growth by delivering, customer-focused financing solutions aligned to evolving dealer needs. Serve as a trusted advisor to dealers by structuring financing solutions that support long-term customer success. Understanding and adhering to all company policy, laws, and regulations applicable to the role. Exhibiting professional behavior, conscientious about punctuality and attendance, demonstrates strong commitment to customer service and promoting positive working relationships. This position is fully remote, in which applicant must be high energy, take the initiative and exhibit leadership and organizational qualities. Require 75% of time traveling during the day and 50% overnight. Attend meetings and conventions as needed.
