Sr R&O Maintenance Analyst Supervisor
About The Position
As a Sr R&O Maintenance Analyst Supervisor here at Honeywell, you will lead and oversee the reliability and operational maintenance analysis activities to ensure optimal performance and reliability of equipment and systems. You will supervise a team of analysts, drive continuous improvement initiatives and support maintenance strategies that enhance operational efficiency and reduce downtime. You will report directly to our Sr R&O Maintenance Manager, and you’ll work out of our Geismar, LA location. In this role, you will impact the reliability and availability of critical assets, contributing significantly to operational excellence and cost savings. Your leadership will help build a strong team focused on data-driven maintenance strategies and reliability improvements.
