About The Position

The Senior Quality Manager leads the quality systems and processes at a Carrier manufacturing facility, ensuring product and process conformance to standards while driving a strong quality culture.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 8+ years of quality experience, including 3+ years leading quality teams.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Chemical or Quality Engineering or a related field.
• Strong command of quality management systems, core tools and ISO 9001.
• Experience managing internal/external audits and achieving/maintaining certification.
• Proven ability to lead quality problem-solving (8D, root-cause analysis) and drive corrective actions.
• Track record improving quality KPIs (PPM, COPQ, FTY).
• Six Sigma Black Belt or Lead Auditor certification preferred.
• Experience in high-growth or fast-paced manufacturing environments.
• Six Sigma Black Belt / Lead Auditor certification.
• Strong leadership and results orientation.
