Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, or a related technical discipline from an accredited institution. (Equivalent combination of a High School Diploma/GED and 8+ years of directly applicable industrial experience will be considered).
  • A minimum of 8+ years of progressive experience in high-volume production, quality assurance, or process engineering within a complex industrial environment.
  • Demonstrated expertise in preventive quality methodologies, Lean manufacturing frameworks, and data-driven continuous improvement.
  • Proven track record of managing multifaceted projects.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and executive communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities, with a proven ability to synthesize complex variables into actionable technical solutions.
  • Expert-level proficiency in 8D Problem Solving (Must-Have).
  • Access to U.S. export-controlled information.

Nice To Haves

  • Direct experience within the Automotive (Tier 1) or Aerospace sectors, characterized by rigorous quality standards and regulatory compliance.
  • Deep, functional understanding of the Toyota Production System (TPS) or equivalent world-class manufacturing frameworks.
  • Demonstrated success in leading high-performing teams, with a focus on talent development, succession planning, and driving accountability.
  • Proven ability to build technical training curricula that elevate team capability and foster a "quality-first" culture.
  • A track record of identifying inefficiencies, reducing defect rates, and implementing sustainable process improvements.
  • Significant experience leading, mentoring, and coaching engineering professionals.
  • Advanced competency in Six Sigma methodologies, IATF 16949 / ISO audit management, PFMEA, Control Plans.
  • A self-starter who balances a strategic "big picture" vision with the "boots-on-the-ground" discipline required to maintain manufacturing excellence.
