This is an on-site, collaborative working environment that offers a 9/80 schedule to include every other Friday off! (Formal schedule is M-Th, 7am-4pm, every other F 7am-3pm). As a Sr. Quality Engineer, you will add incredible value to the team by holding responsibility for: Function as the Quality lead for assigned program(s). Provide technical support to customers, suppliers and government agencies to guarantee compliance with contract requirements. Lead the creation and evaluation of cost-effective inspection planning. Lead the analysis of contractual requirements and creation of program plans, procedures, Quality Codes, etc. Lead and monitor the progress of quality programs and initiatives. Provide technical support in determining cause of chronic manufacturing/quality problems. Support failure analysis, DOEs, SPC and other methods to improve processes. Lead the review and evaluation of suspect material. Participate in corrective action reviews and in leading effective root cause analysis. Provide technical support for inspection personnel and other interfacing departments. Support the implementation of group and department procedures and policies. Continually strive to make production operations more effective, efficient, and defect-free.
