Be part of our Quality Control team within the Operations function, where you will help ensure the quality and reliability of products. This role reports to the Team Leader, QC, and partners with cross-functional teams to support manufacturing and laboratory operations.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 2 years of Quality Control experience
  • Experience in a laboratory or manufacturing environment is a plus
  • Knowledge of quality control procedures and laboratory practices
  • Familiarity with analytical instruments and testing methods
  • Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
  • Basic computer skills, including Excel and laboratory software
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities
  • Ability to work shifts and stand for extended periods

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in manufacturing, operations, production, or laboratory environment
  • Experience in a cGMP environment

Responsibilities

  • Perform in-process testing of raw materials, samples, and finished products in alignment with GMP standards, supporting timely production and release activities.
  • Perform in-process testing of raw materials, samples, and finished products
  • Collect and prepare production samples for laboratory analysis
  • Conduct physical, chemical, or microbiological testing per SOPs
  • Monitor production batches for compliance with specifications
  • Record, analyze, and report test results accurately
  • Identify out-of-specification results and notify appropriate teams
  • Maintain laboratory equipment through calibration, cleaning, and routine maintenance
  • Follow GMP, GLP, FDA, ISO, OSHA, and safety regulations
  • Complete laboratory documentation, logs, and quality reports
  • Assist with investigations, corrective actions, and continuous improvement efforts
