About The Position

We are seeking an experienced multifamily community manager for one of our Manufactured Housing communities. This is a full-time position with weekly pay. As a rapidly growing company, we offer multiple advancement opportunities for the right individual. The Property Manager will focus primarily on community management, resident retention/relations, and daily operations. Responsibilities include selling and renting homes, as well as leasing lots for residents who purchase homes outside of our company. The ideal candidate will be extremely personable, detailed, and task-oriented, with a strong commitment to excellent customer service. We are looking for a long-term, professional, and experienced Property Manager.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience in Multi-Family Property Management
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Ability to pass a drug test
  • Team-oriented with an exceptionally strong work ethic and outstanding interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving and organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Motivation for Sales, Meeting Sales Goals, Negotiation, Selling to Customer Needs, Territory Management, Closing Skills, Prospecting Skills, Professionalism, Internal Communications, Listening, Communication Processes
  • Possess a positive attitude with the desire to learn and excel in both a team as well as an independent work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Attracts tenants by advertising vacancies; obtaining referrals from current tenants; explaining advantages of location and services; showing units.
  • Accomplishes financial objectives by collecting rents; paying bills; forecasting requirements; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective action.
  • Maintains property by investigating and resolving tenant complaints; enforcing rules of occupancy; inspecting vacant units and completing repairs; planning renovations; contracting with landscaping and snow removal services.
  • Secures property by maintaining security devices; establishing and enforcing precautionary policies and procedures; responding to emergencies.
  • Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
  • Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data.
  • Contracts with tenants by negotiating leases; collecting security deposit.
