About The Position

Lenovo’s Infrastructure Solutions Group, Cloud Service Provider (ISG, CSP) Segment is seeking an Offering Delivery Team Lead (ODTL) to lead cross-functional, cross-geography project teams in planning, executing, and delivering CSP offerings and solutions, with a major focus on compute, storage, and GPU product lines. This is an individual-contributor role requiring senior-level project management and operations skills, clear communication with senior business leaders, and strong critical thinking. The ODTL works creatively to solve problems in a deadline-driven environment and ensure projects are delivered on time and controlled within budget. The position is listed as remote and full-time. Requirements

Background in a compute, storage, or GPU product line.
At least 8 years of working experience.
Strong senior-level project management skills.
Fluent English oral, written, and communication skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, multicultural environment with global teams across time zones.
Ability to collaborate across functions and stakeholders to ensure responsiveness, alignment, and action on deliverables and deadlines.
Ability to lead through complexity and ambiguity, with strong critical thinking, analysis, and problem-solving skills.

Proven track record in managing complex projects.

Nice To Haves

Work experience in OEM, ODM, or system integration companies in the data center industry.
PMI qualification or certification.
Strong customer focus and business sense, including financial P&L analysis.
MBA degree.

Responsibilities

Understand and manage project scope to deliver within time and cost constraints.
Ensure end-to-end processes are executed as designed, and identify and communicate gaps.
Own and manage project deliverables.
Lead the Offering Delivery Team in understanding the project charter and completing project objectives.
Ensure appropriate team membership and functional representation.
Develop and execute project schedules.
Manage the project Decision Checkpoint Process.
Monitor execution, drive functional commitments, and provide timely and accurate project status updates.
Own project risk management planning and change control.
Escalate issues to management as required.
Conduct regular lessons learned with the team to capture project and process improvements.
Interface with the customer as a Project Owner.
