Requirements

6+ years of experience leading complex IT programs or initiatives
Proven success delivering large‑scale, cross‑functional technology programs
Strong understanding of modern system architectures and integrations
Experience managing dependencies across multiple teams and platforms
Demonstrated ability to align technical solutions with business strategy
Exceptional communication, problem‑solving, and stakeholder management skills
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience

Nice To Haves

Experience supporting enterprise digital transformation initiatives
Background working with agile or scaled agile delivery frameworks
Familiarity with cloud‑based platforms and modern development practices
Program or agile certifications (e.g., PMI‑ACP, SAFe Agilist)
Experience mentoring project or program managers

Responsibilities

Lead multiple, complex enterprise technology programs end‑to‑end
Own integrated program plans covering scope, timelines, resources, dependencies, and risk
Direct cross‑functional teams across engineering, architecture, and business functions
Manage technical dependencies across APIs, microservices, middleware, and integrations
Translate technical designs into executable, business‑aligned delivery plans
Proactively identify risks, resolve issues, and drive milestone achievement
Communicate program status, insights, and decisions to senior leadership
Mentor teams and advance program delivery standards and best practices
