Requirements

  • 5+ years of project management experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant work experience

Nice To Haves

  • enterprise portfolio, program, or PMO experience strongly preferred
  • PMP, Agile, or equivalent project/portfolio management certification preferred

Responsibilities

  • Leads end-to-end delivery of enterprise initiatives, ensuring projects are executed on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Organizes and leads cross-functional project teams; assigns responsibilities, manages schedules, and determines resource requirements.
  • Performs active project risk management, mitigation planning, and issue resolution.
  • Integrates vendor work into project plans and manages vendor deliverables and outcomes.
  • Executes portfolio management processes, including demand intake, project sizing, prioritization support, and dependency management.
  • Maintains accurate portfolio data across projects, including scope, schedule, financials, risks, capacity, and benefits realization.
  • Partners with functional area leadership to support portfolio-level planning, sequencing, and trade-off analysis aligned to strategic objectives.
  • Supports governance processes by preparing portfolio materials, dashboards, and recommendations for leadership decision-makers.
  • Tracks portfolio performance metrics and supports continuous improvement of portfolio execution practices.
  • Leads enterprise-wide, cross-functional initiatives as required.
  • Leads execution of project intake, prioritization, capacity planning, financial tracking, and portfolio-level reporting activities.
  • Defines business requirements, gathers and analyzes data, and researches benchmarks to support project and portfolio decisions.
  • Manages multiple, interdependent projects and contributes to portfolio-level planning and execution for business transformation initiatives.
  • Accountable for delegating work, reviewing deliverables, and ensuring quality outcomes across projects and portfolio initiatives.
  • Provides guidance, coaching, and informal leadership to project team members and peers.
  • May function as a team lead and advisor to PMO or functional leadership on project and portfolio execution matters
