They are currently seeking a Senior Project Manager to join their team-oriented environment.

Requirements

• A minimum of ten (10) years of relevant construction operations experience.
• Knowledge and proficiency in the following computer software systems: Sage, Pvault, Procore, MS Office, MS Project, Visa InteliLink.
• A bachelor’s degree, preferably in Construction Management, Engineering or a related field.
• Willingness to travel to projects across the country when necessary.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Manage 2-4 projects concurrently with values of $20-35M+ annually.
• Own the project financials and job profitability.
• Orchestrate the project team, including client, architect, superintendent, and project engineer.
• Manage and communicate change orders, purchase orders, and invoices.
• Represent Builtech as the client's primary contact.
• Communicate daily with project teammates.
• Partner with the superintendent to co-develop and update a master schedule weekly.
• Mentor Project Engineers and Asst. Project Managers to ensure their ongoing career growth.
