The Sr. Project Manager will project manage and oversee all jobs for assigned accounts, leading large multi-faceted projects/accounts/campaigns in either the brand or social realm. This role acts as the liaison between account executives, creative, social, video, and digital team members to create project schedules, milestones, and delivery dates. The position involves prioritizing and allocating project resources, expediting processes to ensure timely completion, and communicating to solve problems that could jeopardize projects. The Sr. Project Manager will initiate and conduct team or project status meetings, identify and fine-tune process and workflow issues, and coordinate approvals at every project stage. They will also provide ongoing communication regarding project status or budget issues, estimate projects (internal and external costs), handle vendor bids and selection, and work directly with outside vendors. Additionally, the role involves working with creative staff on production recommendations and specifications, and with Business Affairs to address legal issues.
