About The Position

The Sr. Project Manager is responsible for wing-to-wing execution of technical projects to deliver high-quality outcomes for internal and/or external customers. This role gathers and documents requirements, develops functional and technical specifications, and drives build, test, and deployment milestones to ensure successful delivery. This role works independently while collaborating across product, engineering, operations, and customer-facing teams to meet business objectives, customer needs, and organizational standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.
  • 4+ years experience in technical project delivery, software implementation, or a related field.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with internal and/or external customers, product managers, and stakeholders to understand business needs, project scope, and timelines.
  • Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and technical requirements.
  • Develop and manage execution plans aligned to project scope, schedule, budget, and resources.
  • Coordinate with development, operations, build, and release teams to support project execution.
  • Apply knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and release processes to drive delivery quality and predictability.
  • Oversee build, test, and deployment milestones to ensure releases meet quality standards and functional requirements.
  • Support defect triage, issue resolution, and post-production stabilization activities as needed.
  • Identify and manage project risks, dependencies, scope changes, and roadblocks throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Drive stakeholder communication, status reporting, and alignment across cross-functional teams.
  • Ensure project management processes, governance, and operating rhythms are followed; identify opportunities for simplification and improvement.
  • Track delivery outcomes, customer satisfaction, and service performance using established metrics.
  • Capture and apply lessons learned to improve future execution.
  • Demonstrate growing domain expertise, technical understanding, and ability to influence stakeholders.
