SR Project Manager
About The Position
Seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager for a Commercial General Contractor in Centennial, CO, to lead significant commercial construction projects from turnover through closeout independently. This role involves full project ownership, including financials, budgeting, forecasting, and profitability. The Senior Project Manager will manage master schedules, milestones, and recovery planning, while overseeing subcontractors, contracts, buyout, change orders, and pay applications. This position also requires cultivating relationships with owners, architects, and field teams, and mentoring junior staff (APMs, Superintendents) with opportunities for growth into broader operational leadership.
Requirements
- 5+ years in commercial construction with a General Contractor
- At least 5 years specifically as a Senior PM (minimum 6 years overall Construction PM experience required)
- Strong financial and schedule management skills
- Strong contract expertise
- Ability to hold project teams accountable
- Experience as the primary PM for a General Contractor, not a specialty-trade role
