The role requires someone who can create clarity in ambiguous situations, influence without direct authority, and communicate clearly with project teams and senior leaders.

Requirements

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to translate complex information into concise, actionable updates for senior leaders.

  • Experience within facilities management, food services, business and industry services, or another field-based operational environment.
  • Experience supporting technology, transformation, change, or operational initiatives affecting frontline or field-based teams.

Responsibilities

  • Support the portfolio governance model, including decision rights and escalation paths.
  • Maintain decision and action logs that document rationale, ownership, and next steps.
  • Prepare meeting inputs so leaders come ready to discuss trade-offs and make decisions.
  • Facilitate productive discussions that surface diverse perspectives, keep teams focused on outcomes, and turn agreed decisions into clear ownership and execution.
  • Provide project management support for Support Services technology initiatives, including AirisOne. Technology teams retain ownership of product, rollout, implementation, and related decisions.
  • Serve as the Support Services coordination point with technology, product, and implementation teams, tracking timelines, open questions, and follow-up actions.
  • Represent Support Services requirements, constraints, dependencies, and timing considerations in planning discussions.
  • Integrate technology-related risks, decisions, and readiness needs into portfolio plans, adjusting as requirements evolve.
  • Maintain clear, current portfolio updates, dashboards, executive summaries, and top-risk reporting.
  • Translate detailed project information into concise, actionable insights for senior leaders and project teams.
  • Communicate progress, emerging risks, and decisions required, and flag early when plans change or commitments are at risk.
  • Create, maintain, and continuously improve templates, standards, stage gates, and project management tools that bring consistency to how Support Services projects are planned and delivered.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify processes, improve visibility, and strengthen portfolio execution.
