The Sr. Project Manager role is a full-time exempt professional position focused on achieving results, requiring initiative, competitive drive, and a strong focus on outcomes. Typical projects include Commercial/Industrial/Manufacturing Buildings, Mixed-Use Building structures, Bridge and Transportation Structures, Construction Support, Energy Condition Evaluations, Tenant Improvement Designs, Seismic Evaluations, Structural Observation, Vulnerability Studies, Telecommunications Vaults, Walls, and Tanks, and Water/Wastewater Structures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science – Civil Engineering
  • Washington State PE required or ability to obtain within 6 months
  • Oregon State PE required or ability to obtain within 6 months
  • Ten or more years of experience in Civil/Structural Engineering
  • Concrete Design
  • Steel Design

Nice To Haves

  • Masters in Structural a plus

Responsibilities

  • Manages multiple projects and sets priorities for staff and sub-consultants.
  • Develop new clients and participate in writing proposals.
  • Coordinate and manage client requests and needs.
  • Applies a comprehensive knowledge of structural engineering principles.
  • Serves as a technical advisor to other staff.
  • Review design and production deliverables ensuring industry standard of care and compliance with PACE standards and policies.
