About The Position
The Sr. Project Manager / Scrum Master serves as the primary Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams, fostering collaboration, learning, and continuous improvement. The role also implements and manages Quality Management Systems in alignment with ISO 9001 standards to ensure high-quality deliverables. The Project Manager proactively identifies and removes impediments to team progress and protects the team from external distractions. An active Secret clearance is required.
Requirements
- Active Secret clearance.
- Strong understanding of Scrum practices.
- Proven track record of implementing a Quality Management System in compliance with ISO 9001.
- Bachelor's degree or 9 years of experience.
- 5 years of experience.
