As our organization continues to expand, we are looking for an accomplished Senior Project Manager who is ready to take ownership of complex, high-profile projects and play a critical role in our continued growth. As Megawatt Solutions continues to expand across the United States, we are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Project Manager to lead complex, large-scale low-voltage and structured cabling projects for major data center clients. This is a high-impact position for a project leader who understands that successful low-voltage projects require more than scheduling and paperwork. The ideal candidate understands the technical details, field installation process, production requirements, client expectations, and commercial side of low-voltage project delivery. The Senior Project Manager will have overall responsibility for the successful execution of assigned low-voltage, structured cabling, and data center infrastructure projects from project award through final testing, commissioning, turnover, and closeout. This individual will lead the project team while maintaining close involvement with field operations, ensuring that work is executed safely, efficiently, accurately, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with project specifications and client requirements. The successful candidate will spend meaningful time in the field working directly with Superintendents, Foremen, technicians, subcontractors, General Contractors, commissioning teams, and clients to ensure that the installation is progressing correctly and that issues are resolved quickly. The Senior Project Manager must be comfortable moving between project financials, client meetings, project schedules, technical discussions, and active construction sites.
