The Associate Director, Referral Product and Clinical Programs supports departmental leadership by driving operational management, strategic initiatives, and cross-functional execution across a complex matrixed environment. This role is responsible for leading end-to-end processes, coordinating multiple functions and stakeholder groups, monitoring operational and program performance, identifying risks and improvement opportunities, and developing reports and recommendations that support business strategy, execution, and decision-making. The position serves as a key liaison across clinical, product, operational, and support teams to ensure initiatives are implemented effectively, performance is measured accurately, and departmental priorities are advanced. You’ll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week.
