About The Position

Hermanson Company is a leading Mechanical company in the Puget Sound area since 1979, evolving into a full-service mechanical construction, design, and maintenance provider. We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead projects ranging from $2M to $8M, focusing on quality delivery and profitability. This role involves planning, scheduling, and managing project teams to meet project goals within the company's policies and ethical standards. The Senior Project Manager will also be responsible for employee training and development, coordinating with other departments to achieve strategic company goals, and providing exceptional customer service to build strong client relationships.

Requirements

  • At least 10 years of successful experience in the mechanical construction industry in capacities providing direct experience and exposure to Project Manager duties.
  • Proven track record of excellent customer relations and problem solving.
  • Strong technical knowledge of mechanical system operations.
  • Accomplished team player.
  • Solid computer and online navigation skills.
  • Good math, communication, and reasoning ability.
  • Strong business skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering, or equivalent experience indicating proficiency in performing Project Manager duties.

  • Consideration will be given for a combination of direct experience and education that indicates proficiency in performing Project Manager duties.
