IHCS provides an Integrated Delivery System in the home setting, which includes, DME, Respiratory, Home Health and Home Infusion services. IHCS has a select network of Medicare and/or Medicaid Certified and Accredited providers to respond to the needs of our patients – 24/7. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree; Master’s or MBA a plus
- 10+ years in project/program/portfolio management, including 5+ years managing enterprise portfolios in a matrixed environment.
- Demonstrated success leading portfolio governance, prioritization, and funding at the executive level.
- Strong financial acumen (forecasting, capitalization, ROI/NPV, benefits realization) and experience partnering with Finance.
- Proficiency with PPM platforms (e.g., Planview, Clarity, Smartsheet, Jira), and analytics/visualization (Power BI/Tableau).
- Expert in stage-gate, change control, and risk management; able to turn insights into decisions and actions.
- Exceptional communication skills—able to craft executive-ready narratives and facilitate complex, cross-functional decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Leads complex, cross‑functional initiatives from initiation through delivery while driving business requirements, process optimization, and strategic analysis.
- Oversees project planning, execution, and resource management while analyzing business processes to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Serves as a key liaison between stakeholders and project teams.
- Facilitates organizational alignment, ensures strong stakeholder engagement, and guides the successful implementation of business solutions that deliver measurable value.
