About The Position

IHCS provides an Integrated Delivery System in the home setting, which includes, DME, Respiratory, Home Health and Home Infusion services. IHCS has a select network of Medicare and/or Medicaid Certified and Accredited providers to respond to the needs of our patients – 24/7. We operate with the sole intent of providing the highest quality in-home care services that improve and enhance the daily living for our patients, where our patients are #1. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree; Master’s or MBA a plus
  • 10+ years in project/program/portfolio management, including 5+ years managing enterprise portfolios in a matrixed environment.
  • Demonstrated success leading portfolio governance, prioritization, and funding at the executive level.
  • Strong financial acumen (forecasting, capitalization, ROI/NPV, benefits realization) and experience partnering with Finance.
  • Proficiency with PPM platforms (e.g., Planview, Clarity, Smartsheet, Jira), and analytics/visualization (Power BI/Tableau).
  • Expert in stage-gate, change control, and risk management; able to turn insights into decisions and actions.
  • Exceptional communication skills—able to craft executive-ready narratives and facilitate complex, cross-functional decision-making.

Responsibilities

  • Leads complex, cross‑functional initiatives from initiation through delivery while driving business requirements, process optimization, and strategic analysis.
  • Oversees project planning, execution, and resource management while analyzing business processes to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Serves as a key liaison between stakeholders and project teams.
  • Facilitates organizational alignment, ensures strong stakeholder engagement, and guides the successful implementation of business solutions that deliver measurable value.
