Responsibilities

Lead the end‑to‑end scoping, planning, and execution of high‑priority engineering projects, with a focus on Active Copper productization and manufacturing scale‑up
Drive cross‑functional execution by partnering with Engineering, Operations, CI, Product Management, and R&D teams globally
Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource strategies, ensuring alignment with business priorities and customer commitments
Monitor project progress, manage risks, and implement proactive mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes
Provide clear reporting and insights to senior leadership to support key business decisions and financial commitments
Facilitate cross‑functional meetings, remove bottlenecks, and ensure alignment across teams
Support the development and improvement of project management processes, tools, and portfolio tracking systems
Contribute directly to initiatives that impact revenue growth, cost reduction, and operational efficiency
