About The Position
An architecture firm that specializes in designing innovative and functional healthcare facilities is seeking a Senior Project Architect to help them design and review architectural and engineering plans while ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations at their location in Southern California.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, design, or similar.
- 8 or more years of experience in healthcare architecture.
- Knowledge of codes and regulations, specifically type 1 steel frame construction.

- Licensure preferred
Responsibilities
- Reviewing and designing architectural and engineering plans.
- Coordinate and review architectural consultant work throughout construction, including scheduling workshops and issuing technical guidance.
- Support subcontractors during construction by clarifying design requirements and resolving documentation questions.
- Liaising with clients to address issues and meet project requirements.
- Mentoring new Architects and assisting in their professional development.
