About The Position

In this role, you will manage high-impact sourcing programs that deliver value to clients, increase contract commitment, and support the growth of the Vizient Reserve portfolio. You will oversee program operations, optimize processes, collaborate with cross-functional teams and suppliers, develop training and promotional resources, monitor program performance, and identify opportunities to enhance client and supplier value while supporting strategic business objectives.

Requirements

  • 5 or more years of relevant experience required
  • Experience in healthcare sourcing or contracts preferred.
  • Experience managing sourcing, supply chain, contracting, or program management initiatives.
  • Understanding of contract administration, sourcing processes, and program lifecycle management.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build collaborative relationships with clients, suppliers, and cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive operational improvements in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the operational structure, processes, and procedures for assigned sourcing programs to achieve program objectives.
  • Develop training materials, promotional resources, and program communications for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support contracting teams by facilitating contract implementation, driving contract utilization, and assisting with client onboarding activities.
  • Identify and engage prospective clients and suppliers while researching opportunities for new value propositions and program enhancements.
  • Resolve client and supplier issues, process program adjustments, and respond to ad hoc requests.
  • Coordinate and participate in business reviews with key suppliers, distributors, and clients to evaluate program performance and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Partner with leadership to facilitate councils and advisory panels that gather client feedback and inform sourcing and program strategies.
  • Establish, monitor, and report on program metrics, deliverables, participation, contract utilization, and other key performance indicators.
  • Track program revenue, sales performance, and market analysis to identify opportunities for cost savings and increased client participation.
  • Serve as the operational liaison for internal and external stakeholders by supporting sales opportunities and communicating program updates and impacts.
