About The Position

The Sr. Program Manager plans, organizes, and manages all activities necessary to ensure the successful completion of assigned programs within established objectives. Creates and revises programs, develops policies and guidelines, and ensures compliance with government regulations and management objectives. Partners with internal functions responsible for product design, production, delivery, and support of products assigned. Works with customers to ensure satisfaction and promotes customer relationship to Axillon.

Requirements

  • Oversees program lifecycle and manages all activities necessary to meet business goals and objectives.
  • Manages entire programs processes with P&L responsibility.
  • Ensures customer satisfaction through excellent service and communication.
  • Works closely with internal marketing and external sales teams to pursue new opportunities.
  • Provides strategic oversight and business direction across the decision-making roles and responsibilities within all assigned programs.
  • Creates and revises detailed program plans, policies, and guidelines; ensures compliance with government regulations and management.
  • Collaborates and partners with other internal functions to accomplish product design, production, delivery, and support of products.
  • Ensures the consolidation of product requirements and development and development of relevant documents for internal and external use.
  • Oversees the development of ROI analysis, opportunity business plans and product development road maps based on specific customer service requirements.
  • Seeks to create operating profitability against budgeted standards.
  • Manages risks on program level and ensure appropriate risk management on commercial, projects and in-service level.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned.
