The Business Enablement team within Worldwide Grocery Stores (WWGS) Central Merchandising Operations is seeking an experienced Sr. Program Manager to lead pricing strategy development and enablement across our omnichannel grocery business. This role is both strategic and analytical—looking for someone who can develop comprehensive pricing frameworks, establish competitive intelligence strategies, and enable category teams to make data-driven pricing decisions that optimize customer value perception and profitability. You will own building strategy documents that define the vision for pricing across WWGS, determine business impact, and influence technical roadmaps to enable strategic execution at scale. The Business Enablement team serves as the cornerstone of WWGS's unified retail strategy. In this role, you will establish the pricing frameworks and guidelines that enable category leaders to execute accurate, competitive pricing strategies while maintaining long-term margin health. You will work cross-functionally with senior stakeholders across Category Management, Finance, Core Pricing, Tech, and Analytics teams to drive strategic alignment and unlock regional, omnichannel grocery pricing capabilities.
