The Business Enablement team within Worldwide Grocery Stores (WWGS) Central Merchandising Operations is seeking an experienced Sr. Program Manager to lead promotional strategy development and enablement across our omnichannel grocery business. This role is both creative and analytical—looking for someone who can develop comprehensive promotional frameworks, establish effectiveness measurement approaches, and enable category teams to execute compelling promotional strategies that balance customer satisfaction with financial targets. You will own building strategy documents that define the vision for promotions across WWGS, determine business impact, and influence technical roadmaps to enable strategic execution at scale. The Business Enablement team serves as the cornerstone of WWGS's unified retail strategy. In this role, you will establish the promotional frameworks and guidelines that enable category leaders to plan and execute data-driven promotional strategies while optimizing profitability. You will work cross-functionally with senior stakeholders across Category Management, Trade Planning, Marketing, Finance, and technical teams to drive strategic alignment and promotional excellence.
