The Business Enablement team within Worldwide Grocery Stores (WWGS) Central Merchandising Operations is seeking an experienced Sr. Program Manager to lead profitability strategy development and enablement across our omnichannel grocery business. This role is highly strategic and analytical—looking for someone who can develop comprehensive profitability frameworks, establish NetPPM optimization approaches, and enable category teams to make holistic decisions that balance pricing, promotions, cost management, and shrink to optimize long-term margin health. You will own building strategy documents that define the vision for profitability optimization across WWGS, determine business impact, and influence cross-functional roadmaps to enable strategic execution. The Business Enablement team serves as the cornerstone of WWGS's unified retail strategy. In this role, you will establish the NetPPM frameworks and guidelines that enable category leaders to prioritize long-term margin health over short-term volume gains—a core tenet of the organization. You will work cross-functionally with senior stakeholders across Category Management, Finance, VX (Vendor Experience), Core Pricing, and Analytics teams to drive strategic alignment on profitability optimization.
