We’re looking for a Senior Program Manager to serve as the operational backbone of our Marketing team. This role will act as a strategic project manager, owning planning, prioritization, and execution across key marketing initiatives. You’ll bring structure to fast-moving work, keep teams aligned, and ensure campaigns and programs are delivered on time, without slowing down creativity. This is a highly visible role that partners closely with marketing leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to turn strategy into action, including deep involvement in our flagship annual conference, one of the company’s most complex and high-impact marketing moments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • 6–10+ years of program or project management experience, ideally within a marketing or creative environment
  • Proven success managing cross-functional teams and complex initiatives
  • Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with project management tools such as Asana or similar
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting large-scale events and multi-channel campaigns with many stakeholders is a strong plus
  • Experience supporting brand or creative teams

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end project management for major marketing initiatives, including campaigns, launches, flagship events, and ongoing programs.
  • Own the integrated marketing workstream for our flagship conference, from early planning through post-event execution, ensuring timelines, dependencies, and deliverables are clearly defined and met
  • Build and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and dependencies
  • Own marketing intake, prioritization, and resourcing in partnership with marketing leadership
  • Proactively identify risks, remove blockers, and adjust plans as priorities evolve
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between Marketing and cross-functional partners (e.g., product, sales, creative, external partners)
  • Facilitate project kickoffs, status meetings, and retrospectives
  • Clearly communicate progress, risks, and decisions to stakeholders and leadership
  • Establish and continuously improve marketing workflows, tools, and best practices
  • Increase visibility into project status, capacity, and timelines across the team
  • Drive consistency in how work is scoped, planned, tracked, and delivered
  • Bring structure and operational rigor to large-scale moments like the flagship conference while maintaining flexibility for creative and real-time needs
  • Balance operational rigor with flexibility to support creative excellence
  • Partner with marketing leaders to translate goals into executable roadmaps and timelines
  • Help prioritize initiatives based on business impact, effort, and capacity
  • Act as a trusted advisor and calm, solutions-oriented presence for complex initiatives
