About The Position

As a Senior Program Manager here at Honeywell Aerospace, you will lead and manage complex aerospace programs ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer requirements. You will be responsible for defining program scope, objectives, and deliverables while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive successful program execution. Your role will include developing and implementing program plans, managing timelines, budgets, and resources, and mitigating risks to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery. You will report directly to our Sr Program Director and work from our Deer Valley, Arizona location. Honeywell Aerospace offers a hybrid work schedule with both in-office and remote options. In this role, you will support the aerospace business by leading platform specific hardware development with third-party suppliers and driving the innovative application of Heads-Up Displays (HUD) for the Anthem Avionics suite on leading business jet platforms.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in aerospace program management with a proven record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget
  • Strong expertise in defining program scope, resource allocation, budget management, and risk mitigation
  • Proficiency with program management tools, measures and methodologies tailored to aerospace industry requirements
  • In-depth knowledge of aerospace industry standards, regulations, and best practices

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics.
  • Experience managing large-scale aerospace or defense programs
  • Experience leading complex Software and electronic Hardware development.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
