Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Sr. Program Manager to join our team! Requirements

Bachelor’s in architecture or engineering (or equivalent) degree
15+ years of progressive experience with 3 of those years as a Senior Project or Team Leader for a similar role as Owner’s Agent/Representative.
Must possess a current/active Secret clearance or above
Have experience on greater than $100M, both horizontal and vertical construction, phased and new construction
Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing; submit examples of written reports and correspondence, if requested.
Ability to conduct meetings to resolve problems, construction issues and brief clients and management personnel; submit examples if requested.
Ability to independently estimate construction costs for changes, scope(s) of work; submit examples of material take offs, with corresponding scope of work narratives and negotiated final equitable contract adjustments for the work submitted, if requested.

Nice To Haves

TS/SCI level clearance is preferred
Professional Registration as PE or RA
Certification as PMP and/or CCM
Certification of OSHA safety requirements on construction projects (OSHA 10/OSHA 30).
Certification of USACE/NAVFAC Construction Quality management (CQM)
