Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Sr. Program Manager to join our team! In this role you will possess business unit management responsibilities, and provides managerial and technical leadership to direct and support a broad range of activities. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s in architecture or engineering (or equivalent) degree
  • 15+ years of progressive experience with 3 of those years as a Senior Project or Team Leader for a similar role as Owner’s Agent/Representative.
  • Must possess a current/active Secret clearance or above
  • Have experience on greater than $100M, both horizontal and vertical construction, phased and new construction
  • Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing; submit examples of written reports and correspondence, if requested.
  • Ability to conduct meetings to resolve problems, construction issues and brief clients and management personnel; submit examples if requested.
  • Ability to independently estimate construction costs for changes, scope(s) of work; submit examples of material take offs, with corresponding scope of work narratives and negotiated final equitable contract adjustments for the work submitted, if requested.

Nice To Haves

  • TS/SCI level clearance is preferred
  • Professional Registration as PE or RA
  • Certification as PMP and/or CCM
  • Certification of OSHA safety requirements on construction projects (OSHA 10/OSHA 30).
  • Certification of USACE/NAVFAC Construction Quality management (CQM)
