About The Position

This role is part of a high-impact finance team that supports business and operational decision-making through strong financial analysis, reporting, and cross-functional partnership. The position focuses on inventory management, balance sheet and P&L reviews, and the delivery of financial insights that improve profitability and business performance. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience in financial analysis, accounting, or related roles
• Strong analytical, modeling, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly to non-finance audiences

• Candidates with a combination of accounting and finance background are preferred
• Experience working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment is a plus

Responsibilities

• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes, including variance analysis and executive-level reporting
• Lead inventory analytics across multiple inventory types, identifying trends, risks, and financial impacts
• Own inventory-related financial reporting and partner with operational teams to ensure accuracy and execution
• Perform detailed financial analysis and provide clear commentary for finance and non-finance leaders
• Analyze product and portfolio performance, including margin trends and lifecycle performance
• Support pricing, cost, and margin discussions through data-driven analysis
• Forecast and help deliver predictable financial results through disciplined planning and tracking
• Partner closely with cross-functional teams to support decision-making and business initiatives
• Lead or contribute to process improvement and system enhancement initiatives
• Perform ad-hoc financial analyses to support management requests and business needs
