About The Position

Ingram Micro is seeking a Sr. Professional, Strategic Intelligence & Operations to support strategic operations, business intelligence activities, operational governance, and cross-functional business initiatives across the organization. This role will support strategic planning efforts, executive reporting, operational governance, and ad hoc business initiatives while helping improve visibility, coordination, execution, and decision-making across teams. The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required.
Minimum 5 - 7 years of experience in business operations, strategy support, intelligence, project management, consulting, or related field.
Strong PowerPoint and intermediate Excel skills required.
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams and leadership levels.

Nice To Haves

Experience supporting operational governance, reporting, or strategic initiatives preferred.
Familiarity with enterprise transformation, platform operations, or technology organizations preferred.

Responsibilities

Supports operational governance processes, strategic intelligence activities, and executive reporting efforts.
Maintains trackers, action logs, reporting dashboards, and status updates for leadership visibility.
Assists in identifying operational risks, dependencies, escalation items, and mitigation actions across initiatives.
Coordinates updates and follow-through across stakeholders to support governance processes and strategic initiatives.
Helps organize and support strategic reviews, leadership meetings, and governance discussions.
Assists with execution tracking, operational coordination, and business process support across strategic initiatives.
Develops reports, summaries, presentations, and operational updates for leadership teams.
Supports ad hoc strategic analyses, operational assessments, and special projects as needed.
Helps improve operational consistency, communication, and visibility across cross-functional teams.
Maintains documentation, meeting outputs, and project coordination activities.
Develops and maintains Excel-based trackers, dashboards, and operational reporting tools.
Supports data gathering, analysis, and synthesis to identify trends and operational insights.
Assists in preparing executive-level PowerPoint materials and business communications.
Supports business reviews and operational reporting processes through timely and accurate analysis.
Works collaboratively across operations, technology, product, finance, and business teams.
Supports coordination across multiple workstreams and stakeholders simultaneously.
Operates effectively in fast-paced environments with evolving priorities and deadlines.
