About The Position

As a Sr Production Planner here at Honeywell, you will play a key role in developing and implementing long-term strategies for our supply chain to optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall performance. You will focus on aligning supply chain operations with business goals, considering factors such as customer demand, network design, and supplier relationships. You will report to our Production Planning Leadership team and work out of one of our United States locations on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will have a direct impact on Honeywell’s business operations by optimizing inventory levels, enhancing supply chain processes, and managing costs to improve customer satisfaction and reduce waste.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience in production planning or supply chain management.
Strong understanding of supply chain principles and best practices.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in relevant planning software and tools.
Ability to develop and implement long-term strategies.
Experience in aligning supply chain operations with business goals.
Knowledge of customer demand, network design, and supplier relationships.
Skills in optimizing inventory levels and enhancing supply chain processes.
Experience in cost management to improve customer satisfaction and reduce waste.

Nice To Haves

Master's degree in a related field.
Experience with specific Honeywell planning systems.
APICS or other relevant supply chain certifications.
