About The Position

Lead activities across the supply chain network to deploy the Honeywell Global Design Model (GDM) and facilitate the full adoption across your network. You will work out of our Torrance, CA location on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will oversee the monthly Production Planning process cycle for your network of sites and ensure finished goods production plans align with the site and network Supply Plans to achieve maximum customer satisfaction and ensure working capital remains within the business goals. You will also ensure that the network Capacity Plans and Constrained Master Production Schedules optimize the labor and machine resources while achieving the business goals for cost control, productivity, and working capital.

Requirements

  • Supply chain network experience
  • Experience with Honeywell Global Design Model (GDM)
  • Experience with monthly Production Planning process cycle
  • Experience ensuring finished goods production plans align with site and network Supply Plans
  • Experience managing working capital within business goals
  • Experience ensuring network Capacity Plans and Constrained Master Production Schedules optimize labor and machine resources
  • Experience achieving business goals for cost control, productivity, and working capital
  • Experience collaborating with functional teams to resolve demand, capacity constraints, and material availability issues
  • Experience supporting Planners in maintaining accurate planning parameters and material master data
  • Experience participating in Weekly SIOP meetings
  • Experience presenting associated risks and discussing mitigation plans with functional and business leadership

Responsibilities

  • Lead the monthly Production Planning process cycle for your assigned product cells at the Tempe site
  • Ensure that the network Capacity Plans and Constrained Master Production Schedules optimize labor and machine resources
  • Collaborate with functional teams to resolve demand, capacity constraints, and material availability issues, and support Planners in maintaining accurate planning parameters and material master data.
  • Participate in Weekly SIOP meetings to approve network production plans, present associated risks, and discuss mitigation plans with functional and business leadership.
  • Achieve maximum customer satisfaction and ensure working capital remains within business goals
