About The Position

Fluidstack exists to make humanity more free by delivering civilization-scale infrastructure for AI. We are singularly focused on delivering 10 to 100s of GWs of compute faster than anyone else, rethinking every layer of the stack. This involves acquiring power, designing and building data centers, and operating them with teams spanning hardware and software. Speed and scale are our key differentiators. This role will own production at the Phoenix factory, ensuring output, quality, cost, and safety across all shifts. You will lead supervisors and build the production team from ramp crew to full workforce, run the daily management system including tiered meetings, escalations, and countermeasures, and hit production ramp targets for units per week and first-pass yield.

Requirements

Experience running production in heavy manufacturing: fabrication, assembly, or industrial products.
Experience building and leading teams through a ramp or launch.
A real daily management system: boards current, actions closed.
Ability to hold safety and output together with proof of both.
Experience developing supervisors who develop operators.

Nice To Haves

Startup or greenfield plants experience.
Weld and steel operations experience.
Lean depth.
Bilingual English and Spanish.
