About The Position

Pall Corporation, a Danaher operating company and a global leader in high-tech filtration, separation, and purification, is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Sr. Production Associate I to join their Timonium, Maryland filtration and melt blown cartridge manufacturing team. This role is crucial for operating machinery, assembling filtration products with precision, and ensuring product standards through quality checks. A fundamental aspect of this position is maintaining a safe, clean, and efficient workspace. The role offers opportunities to collaborate with skilled teams in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment, operate advanced manufacturing equipment, contribute to process improvements, and participate in training and development programs.

Requirements

High School diploma or GED.
3+ years of experience in heavy/industrial manufacturing environment or other relatable skills.
Ability to assemble products according to detailed specifications (weighing, measuring, simple mathematical calculations).
Mechanical aptitude and the ability to operate manufacturing equipment and machinery.
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Ability to stand, sit, stoop, bend, walk, reach, squat, kneel, push and pull for long periods of time.
Able to climb a ladder and flex the upper and lower body.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience with machinery, noise, and repetitive tasks.
Computer proficiency.
Quality Inspection experience.
