This job is responsible for developing and managing the end-to-end product life cycle for highly complex products. Key responsibilities include conducting market research and competitor analyses, determining product pricing, developing short and long-term strategies, and identifying innovative opportunities to modernize product offerings and deliver a more unified customer experience. Job expectations include ensuring that product management efforts are integrated with sales, marketing, operations, implementation, and customer service strategies. More specifically, this role leads the end-to-end execution and governance of Deposits offer campaigns and strategic initiatives. Key responsibilities include partnering closely with Product, Marketing, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver on strategic priorities; managing complex programs with multiple dependencies; driving execution through structured workplans and governance routines; overseeing business requirements and targeting approvals; and ensuring effective risk management through the UCRA process. The role also serves as the subject matter expert for the Deposits Offers lifecycle, identifying opportunities to enhance execution effectiveness, streamline processes, and improve offer performance through data-driven insights and continuous process improvement.
