Job Summary: The Data Solutions & Instrumentation (DSI) team is seeking a Senior Product Manager II to own and drive first-party instrumentation and telemetry across Disney+ and commerce and identity experiences. This role is responsible for defining how product behavior is captured at the source, ensuring telemetry is accurate, consistent, and scalable to support analytics, experimentation, personalization, identity workflows, and business decision-making. The Sr Product Manager II acts as the primary product owner for their telemetry scope, accountable for outcomes - not just execution. Working closely with Product, Engineering, Data Engineering, Governance, and Analytics partners, this role translates product and business needs into clear instrumentation strategy, detailed specifications, and high-quality implementations. The impact of this role is foundational: improving data quality at the source, reducing downstream remediation, enabling reliable experimentation and personalization, and strengthening Disney’s first-party data capabilities across core consumer experiences.
