About The Position

Fieldpiece Instruments is a thriving team of innovators - committed to pushing boundaries and celebrating curiosity. We’ve been providing HVACR professionals with rugged, feature-rich tools since 1990 and lead the industry in the way we think, work, collaborate, and remain laser-focused on creating products that empower our customers – today and tomorrow. We’re hiring a Senior Product Marketing Manager for our upstream marketing team to shape the next generation of Fieldpiece hardware, firmware, and software products. In this role, you sit at the intersection of product strategy, market insight, and product definition—owning the discovery work that turns real field problems into clear, actionable product direction. You’ll lead customer-insight-driven product definition for our connected tools and platforms, ensuring we deliver solutions technicians love and businesses rely on. This upstream role is ideal for someone who thrives on transforming complex technology into clear, compelling customer value. You're energized by time in the field—listening, observing, and uncovering real customer needs—and you naturally bridge strategic thinking with commercialization. With an engineering foundation, hands-on experience with Jobs-to-Be-Done (JTBD) or similar frameworks, and a track record of global product development and successful B2B launches, you bring both technical depth and market insight to everything you do. Recognized as one of Southern California’s Best Places to Work (2023, 2024 & 2025), we provide a Hire-to-Retire philosophy, hybrid schedule, and a culture of curiosity – a place where you’ll have the support to innovate boldly, grow continuously, and make a tangible impact on an industry that powers everyday life.
