We’re looking for a strategic and execution-minded Growth Sr. Product Marketing Manager to join our Product Marketing team and help accelerate Klaviyo’s product-led growth motion. In this role, you’ll focus on self-serve growth across the PLG funnel, with an emphasis on free-to-paid conversion, cross-sell, and funnel optimization. You’ll partner closely with Product, Lifecycle Marketing, Web, and Data teams to design and execute growth initiatives that help customers discover value faster and expand their use of Klaviyo. This role is ideal for a PMM who loves the intersection of customer insight, messaging, and experimentation, and who’s motivated by measurable business impact.
