About The Position

RoadSync is revolutionizing the logistics industry with intelligent, simple, and innovative financial solutions. Our digital platform streamlines payment processes for warehouses, carriers, brokers, and repair/tow operators, dramatically reducing processing time and maximizing revenue collection. You’ll be the catalyst for our growth engine, which operates with an AI-first product, marketing, and sales org. You own the growth marketing pipeline end-to-end for RoadSync products across warehouses, towing, and repair: trade shows, events, email, outbound, digital, and whatever you build next. If you’re still running marketing the way you did in 2022, this isn’t the role for you. RoadSync is a profitable, Rule of 40 fintech bringing modern payments to a massive, largely analog logistics industry. We’re doubling the business on a regular cadence. This role and your results directly shape how fast we scale.

Requirements

  • You’ve built and scaled a B2B demand gen pipeline (SaaS/fintech preferred). You can point to specific outcomes and results
  • You can demo AI workflows you’ve built that replaced, or 10x’d, manual processes
  • You’ve executed trade shows and events as a primary lead gen channel and can speak to ROI
  • Hands-on HubSpot: automation, workflows, lead scoring, reporting
  • Strong writer - cold emails that get replies, landing pages that convert, and being the human-in-the-loop to ensure copy/content for campaigns speaks to our customers and prospects in their voice
  • You thrive where you’re a strategist and executor on the same day

Nice To Haves

  • Payments/logistics experience, trade association relationships, outbound tooling (Apollo, Smartlead), ABM, paid search in niche B2B, AI prompt engineering, or agent workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Build AI workflows across the marketing function: lead enrichment, personalization at scale, competitive monitoring, content production, and campaign analysis. Continuously experiment with emerging tools and turn what works into repeatable playbooks. You’re an internal champion for AI adoption and showcase what is possible with results.
  • Own the full event lifecycle - identifying the right shows, booth strategy, pre-show outreach and engagement, on-site lead capture, and high-impact post-show nurture in partnership with Revenue Ops. Build relationships with trade associations (towing, trucking, warehousing) to secure co-marketing opportunities and speaking slots. Every event is measured by pipeline and deals influenced, not by badge scans.
  • You own MQLs and marketing-sourced revenue. Design and run multi-channel campaigns (email, webinars, outbound, partnerships) that generate a qualified pipeline. Build advanced lead-scoring and lifecycle campaigns in HubSpot, and prospect in Apollo, Clay, and similar tools. Generate compelling content for campaigns led by BDRs/AEs. Test new paid digital and scale what works.
  • Create landing pages, email sequences, case studies, and event collateral aligned to RoadSync’s value prop. Generate actionable insights, A/B test relentlessly, run pipeline reviews, and maintain HubSpot data hygiene. Manage budgets and optimize for cost-per-lead.
