As a Senior Product Manager, you will be the driving force behind a portfolio of digital products, collaborating with world-class engineering, design, marketing, and business teams. You will own the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for digital features that span our adventure vehicle lineup, mobile applications, and web platforms. This role demands a deep understanding of customer needs, market trends, and technological capabilities, translating them into compelling product visions and tangible deliverables. You will champion the customer voice, ensuring our digital offerings are intuitive, delightful, and fundamentally enhance the adventure lifestyle. You will operate with a high degree of autonomy, making data-driven decisions, and influencing stakeholders across the organization to bring your vision to life. Ford Ford Motor Company is seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive the end-to-end development of innovative in-vehicle, mobile, and web digital products for our adventure vehicles and customers. In this high-impact role, you will define the future of digital journeys for adventurers, leading products from initial discovery and ideation through validation, delivery, and continuous iteration, ensuring seamless and exciting experiences that enhance every adventure.

Responsibilities

  • Product Strategy & Vision: Define and articulate a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap for in-vehicle, mobile, and web digital products tailored for adventure vehicles and customers.
  • End-to-End Product Lifecycle Management: Lead the entire product development lifecycle from initial discovery, ideation, and validation through development, launch, and post-launch iteration.
  • Customer Research & Insights: Conduct comprehensive customer research, market analysis, and competitive benchmarking to deeply understand user needs, pain points, and opportunities within the adventure segment.
  • Requirements Definition: Translate customer insights and business objectives into detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Product Documentation: Author high-quality Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) and PRFAQs (Press Release/Frequently Asked Questions) to align cross-functional teams and secure buy-in for new initiatives.
  • Cross-functional Leadership: Collaborate closely with engineering, UX/UI design, data science, marketing, legal, and other stakeholders to ensure successful product delivery and adoption.
  • Prioritization & Roadmapping: Own the product backlog, prioritize features and enhancements based on strategic impact, customer value, and technical feasibility, and manage trade-offs effectively.
  • Launch & Iteration: Oversee product launches, define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze product performance, and drive continuous iteration and optimization.
  • Stakeholder Management: Present product strategies, roadmaps, and updates to senior leadership and foster strong relationships with internal and external partners.
  • Innovation & Evangelism: Act as an internal and external evangelist for your products, identifying opportunities for innovation and making creative recommendations to expand the product base and vision.
